Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Orders to New Zealand are typically delivered via national carriers such as NZ Post or their logistics affiliates.

Shipping Confirmation

Customs and Import Taxes

For orders shipped within New Zealand, customs duties and import taxes are generally not applicable. However, should any additional fees be charged, they are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Address Changes

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect at a collection point, we reserve the right to charge for return and reshipping costs.
