Return Policy
Welcome to the Return Policy of Misterlamp Auckland! We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, sometimes things can go wrong, and we are here to help you resolve any issues with your order as quickly as possible.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return your product. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@misterlamp-auckland.com.
Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. The product should be returned with all accessories included and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. These return shipping costs are approximately 25 NZD per package. Please check your carrier's website for exact rates.
In the case of a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label and reimburse the return shipping costs.
Refunds
We will refund the full order amount, including any original shipping fees, within 14 days of registering your return, provided we have received the product in good condition. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be made in the original packaging with all accessories included.
- The product must be unused and returned in the same condition as it was received.
- Ensure the return shipment is well-packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is excessively damaged, we may pass on a reduction in the product's value to you.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for any delays or damages during the transportation of returned items. We recommend checking the package within 24 hours of receipt, and if there are any problems, please contact us immediately.
Return Method
We accept returns via mail. In the case of defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (approx. 25 NZD).
Customs and Import Taxes
For orders shipped to New Zealand, no additional customs or import duties are expected. However, if such charges arise, they are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
Address Changes
If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@misterlamp-auckland.com. We will do our best to complete the change, but we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a collection point, we reserve the right to charge for return and reshipping costs.
